Verisurf provides a common 3D measurement platform for inspection, analysis, 3D scanning, reverse engineering, and quality reporting. Manufacturers can compare finished parts directly to nominal CAD data, analyze scan data, inspect complex geometry, and document results using a wide range of measurement devices.
Verisurf reverse-engineering workflows also support additive manufacturing applications by transforming scan and probe data into usable CAD geometry. Point clouds and meshes can be analyzed and converted into surfaces and solid models for applications including replacement parts, tooling, product development, and additive manufacturing.
