Anaheim, Calif. – November 3, 2025 – Verisurf Software, Inc. is proud to announce the release of Machine Tool Probing (MTP) for all Haas 3- and 5-axis CNC machines equipped with Next Generation Controllers (NGC) 2016 and later. Powered by Verisurf’s popular Automate software, Verisurf MTP enables no-code, in-process inspection routines to be programmed and executed directly on the CNC machine, allowing operators to measure, inspect, and adjust parts without removing them from the machine.

By integrating inspection and machining into a single workflow, MTP helps manufacturers reduce scrap, improve first-part yield, and close the digital manufacturing loop. Quality control is streamlined without interrupting setup or losing alignment, delivering a faster path from setup to finished part.
