New Sphere Feature for Veriprobe

Automatically program inspection of spheres in seconds
with this new tool.
Using the Operations Manager, you can modify the number
of probe hits and watch them change dynamically.
This new sphere tool can be used for calibration of a
sphere to report its size, form and position.
Another use is for qualifying touch probes. This is
needed to obtain the effective probe radius and lobe error correction table,
used for geometric compensation.
Uses automatic tool path optimization.
A sphere can be probed from any tool angle with equal
coverage control over the full or partial hemisphere surface.
Verisurf supports multi-axis machine tool probe
calibration. It qualifies the probe radius and position for each angled move
programmed.
Provides built-in collision avoidance for all rapid moves
and efficiently adds the minimum amount of moves needed based on a safe
clearance distance.
