Supporting lean manufacturing while enhancing your company’s process control, AutoInspect allows you to create user-prompted, automated inspection routines. It is considerably easier and faster than the outdated scripting methods. Simply load the native CAD model, and using Verisurf’s AutoMate function, pick features such as surface points and holes on the model using the mouse/cursor. Verisurf will write the AutoInspect plan as you go. Instead of writing complex programs requiring considerable skills and lots of time, it’s all done with graphics, menus and selection windows. You don’t even have to create images or snapshots because Verisurf memorizes the views and zooms along the way.
